500g fresh strawberries


250ml pastry cream


50g sugar (optional)


Fruit jelly (optional)


Preparation:


1. I start by baking the pastry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.


2. I prepare the pastry cream by heating the milk, sugar, and vanilla, then mixing it with eggs and cornstarch.


3. Once the pastry is baked, I spread it with the cream and arrange the sliced ​​strawberries on top.
